Course Content

Basic concepts of computer science
We will get to know basic concepts from the world of computer science: hardware, programming, binary method, computational problem, input, algorithm output, pseudo-code, programming language We will begin to understand how computer scientists "translate" problems into language that computers can understand and solve We will understand what a computer program is and how it enables problem solving in computer science We will experiment with writing basic commands in the Python language, using data types (integers and incomplete numbers, strings), variables and arithmetic and textual operators
